33 days? 28 lessons? Guest presenters? How the does this Moving Mountains thing work?”

Research shows that it takes up to a month to genuinely make or break a habit. Our aim is to lead you on a 33 day journey into the LIFE you truly want to live.  We know it’s a crazy busy time for many, so the aim here is to meet you where you are and get right to the heart of the matter.

How it All Works
Each week of the Moving Mountains program focuses on different aspects of the human experience.  Each day of the program (except Sundays) comes with a new lesson, tool, exercise or teaching designed to help you take your next step.

The lessons are delivered via video, live and recorded audio sessions and text – and they all live on this site in the Moving Mountains “base camp”.  (The Doors Are Open! See You On The Journey!)
Here’s a basic breakdown of how the weeks play out:

WEEK 1 – (PHYSICAL BODY) ANSWERING the CALL to ADVENTURE

We step on the path as a global community, exploring world-pioneering practices in PHYSICAL movement, breath-work, nutrition, holistic vitality and self care, leading to a daily practice of immune boosting wellbeing, vitality and genuine “life force” (Qi) cultivation, we open the door to our inner journey and the age old question, “Who am I?”

WEEK 2 – (MENTAL BODY) THE EXTRAORDINARY WORLD of the HERO

With a sound physical “practice” underway, we enter a journey into the profound creative capacity of the sub-conscious MIND.  Unraveling the limiting patterns of thought, value and belief that may have undermined our previous endeavors, we claim our responsibility to consciously create a visionary framework for the life we truly came here to live, exploring the deeper answers to the question, “What do I really want? (…and what will that give me?)”

WEEK 3 – (EMOTIONAL BODY) ENTERING THE INNER MOST CAVE

With our body energized and our mind clearly focused, we step into the power center of our higher creative capacities – our emotional body and the energy of the HEART.  Drawing upon leading edge research, we begin to translate our higher visions through the creation of a genuinely heart-based connection to LIFE.  Our Passions and Gifts align with our higher Purpose as we explore the answers to enquiry, “What do I have to give?”

WEEK 4 – (SPIRITUAL BODY) THE HERO’S JOURNEY HOME

With the rhythms of our body, mind and heart working in synergy with each other, we open the door to a sense of genuine congruence and connection to the greater flow of life. Week 4 dives into the practical mission of living a more consciously connected and “energetically” aligned life. Igniting a sense of reverence, sacredness and miracle possibility in every day life. Igniting a sense of reverence, sacredness and miracle possibility in every day life, we open to the question of, “What is my highest path of experience, service and expression?”

WEEK 5 – (INTEGRATION) THE HERO’S RETURN WITH THE ELIXIR

Following a profound daily weaving of life lessons and a month-long adventure into the core of our true SELF, the final week of Moving Mountains is a chance to digest and weave the aspects of your journey into a cohesive whole, ready to be carried back into your life, back into the world, lighting your path anew with each bold step you take, infused by unique sense of purpose and connected to the greater whole.

Where does Moving Mountains take place?

Wherever YOU are! This is a VIRTUAL program, shared online so that people can tune in globally – at a very low cost, with great timing flexibility, from the comfort of your own home, office or studio.

How much time will it take to be a part of Moving Mountains?

Moving Mountains designed to help you make massive shifts in the way you perceive and experience LIFE, And it’s also designed to flow with the rhythms of your current reality. We know that for many life is crazy, FULL and maxed-out in multiple directions.  We’re not asking you to come on a retreat for 33 days (not yet anyway!) we are simply asking for 20-40 minutes per day at a time of your choosing!

What happens if I can’t make it to some of the Live Webinars?

Because the program is offered virtually to various time zones around the world, participants always have the option to receive recorded versions of each lesson and tune in at the best time for you. Each lesson will be provided in recorded audio/video format for all course participants to keep and revisit throughout the program.

Can I do Moving Mountains with a partner, friend or group?

YES PLEASE. Because Moving Mountains calls for a certain degree of daily commitment and asks us to blast past some of our limiting patterns of thought and behavior, it is a VERY powerful journey to experience with others. For those who are practitioners of wellness, fitness and/or human development, this program also offers a powerful framework for exploration and discovery with clients.

What happens when the 33 Days is over??

That’s when the real fun begins. Moving Mountains is not a program you will leave and then try to integrate back into your life, Moving Mountains is an ongoing platform for living the life you came to live. The 33-day journey is a launching pad into a year long global community initiative dedicated to supporting humanity’s awakening in this powerful time on the planet.  This life, right here is when we need it… so here we go!
